Mark helps clients plan for the future with wills, living trusts, advance health care directives, and retirement and tax strategies.
A former deputy county counsel, Mark has served as general counsel to San Joaquin
Delta Community College and to the San Joaquin County Employees' Retirement
Fund and served five years on the County's Assessment Appeals Board, including
three years as its chair. He has demonstrated a commitment to community concerns
as a Director of the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce and of the St Joseph's Foundation of San Joaquin, as President of the North Stockton Rotary Club, and as President of the Stockton Estate
Planning Council. He is actively involved in the California Alumni Association having served as President of that 92,500-member organization for a two year term ending June 30, 2003. He completed
a two-year ex officio term on the UC Board of Regents on June 30, 2005.
